Raising awareness of Latin America's homeless through a leaky mug
Located in Latin America and the Carribean, Techo is a nonprofit organisation that aims to fight poverty by raising awareness and mobilizing volunteers to help with transitional housing and social programs.
As with any non profit organisation, donations are imperative to the running of the programs. In an effort to reach out to donors, ad agency Laika, created a leaky mug with the short and simple message ‘If just one leak annoys you, imagine what it would be like to live without a roof’.
We understand the execution but if you weren't aware of the hole at the bottom of the mug and decided on a nice cup of coffee one morning, we forsee some anger issues rather than an open-hearted willingness to donate....
