Skoda’s ‘Fight for Attention’ through eye-tracking technology

Skoda’s latest promotion for the new 2015 Fabia features an interactive online experience that incorporates real-time digital eye-tracking technology. With a few simple browser clicks and the individuals own webcam, the fight for attention begins. Two 90 second Fabia mini-films are played simultaneously on a fast moving split-screen, with Skoda’s eye tracking technology capturing the user’s eye movement and analysing the aspects of the films that most catch their attention. At the end of the viewing, the results of this eye-ball tracker are displayed back to the individual through personalised infographics that can also easily be shared.
