VR Tourist: Bringing South Korea to the Airport masses


A transit can be an hour or two or a few more. South Korea’s Incheon Airport decided to use these airport waiting times to inject a bit of cultural excitement to their somewhat captive airport audience.

A VR experience gave travelers a virtual tour of South Korea, before the videos became an ambient reality with real food and cultural experiences to represent the ‘see’, ‘feel’, ‘taste’ of Korean Culture.
